Founder’s Note

Hi, I’m Aishwarya Prabhune, counselling psychologist and founder of Anubhooti.
In my early years as a therapist, I often felt that something was missing in how we approached pain—especially in India. We spoke of problems but not of how they lived in our bodies. We gave advice but not tools for regulation. We offered insight, but not enough compassion.
I created Anubhooti because I believe healing should feel safe, sensory, and culturally attuned.
I believe that what breaks in relationship can also heal in relationship.
And I believe therapy should feel less like fixing and more like remembering who you are.
